Moving on, moving out?

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
Filia loved Reading Leaves a tea shop attached to a bookstore in the Nexus. There were tables inside, but she always loved sitting out of doors at the little covered tables on the patio whenever she treated herself to whatever the blend of the day was.

There was a small publication she purchased at the counter, primarily various advertisments in the Nexus. Some offered work, some were looking for work, some were selling things or in the market to buy, and then there was the section that had her attention. Apartments and homes for either rent or sale.

It wasn't anything certain, of course. Just an idea that had started to become harder to ignore. The benefits of moving her strange little family to the Nexus were numerous, and the more time went on, the more the benefits of moving seemed to outweigh the cons, or the benefits of remaining in her own world.

There was the Elric Apartments, and while affordable, certainly safe, and full of people she was already becoming friends with, the individual apartments were a bit small. She could rent two, of course, and could afford it easily enough with the exchange rate for the gold in her world, but she also knew those apartments were often in demand by people who needed the safety and the affordability far more than she did, and the number of available units was dwindling, even with two buildings.
